2 day package: The main conference. Includes Wednesday (11th of May) and Thursday (12th of May)  full day conference, lunches, coffee breaks, conference proceedings, reception on Tuesday evening, conference banquet on Wednesday evening, free access to wireless network in the hotel, conference bag, and access to the PhD Symposium (10th of May) provided you have an accepted paper at the symposium.

3 day packages: all the above and free access to all tutorials/workshops on either Tuesday (10th of May) or Friday 13th of May) and lunch on that extra day. You can indicate which day you want when you register.

4 day package: same as 3 day package but includes both Tuesday (10th of May) and Friday (13th of May), with lunch provided on both days.

Payment and discounts

All prices include VAT and are given in Euro. We accept Visa and Mastercard for the payment. Note that the Visa payment solution requires the "verified by Visa" system which you might need to set up in agreement with your bank.

Early registration deadline

We offer the following discounts:

• Early registration includes 15% discount over the conference fee.
• Academics and students, we offer a 20% discount over the conference fee if you are a full-time faculty member or student during the spring 2011. Select the package with 20% discount in the registration system and state why you are entitled to a discount. You need to bring a valid student ID to the conference.

IMPORTANT:

If your workshop or tuturial has been accepted, remember that one of the authors has a free registration. Therefore, one of the authors DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER to the conference, during the next week you will receive an invitation to attend to XP2011.

Hotel information

NH Hotel Parque de las Avenidas **** is the conference hotel and we recommed you make reservations there as long as there are rooms available, but all hotels are within walking distance. The Hotel is offering the following rates for conference attendees:

• doble room: 97,61 Euros
• single room 86,81 Euros

Hotel rates are per room and night, and include buffer breakfast and 8% VAT.

Organizers has locked 120 rooms at the conference hotel. If the hotel is fully-booked NH will provide more rooms with the same rates in other hotels of the chain with free shuttles to the Conference hotel before 9:00 a.m. and after 18:00.

Cancellation and changes

If you would like to cancel your registration, you may do so before April1st  2011 and receive a 75% refund of your registration fee. If you would like someone else to make use of your registration or make changes to your hotel reservation, you may do so by contacting secretariat@xp2011.org.

After April 1st 2011 we will not be able to refund the registration fee.

Hotel Cancellation
Cancellations received before the 29 of March 2011: the payment will be fully refunded.

Cancellations received from 30 March to 28 of April 2011: 50% of the full stay will be charged.

Cancellations received after the 29 of April 2011: no refund of the payment will be made.
